What's Involved?

      1) You need WebPages with all files to be displayed on those pages . This includes photos, logos, (jpeg, gif), sound files (wav., midi), etc. (Webpages ...simply, every webpage you view is a compilation of files.)

      2) If you choose to have a Domain Name (i.e. www.johndoe.com), you will need to register that name at a Domain Name Register. We'll be happy to recommend the best to you.

      3) You will then need a Host who will host your pages or site on the web. What's this? Simply...you need to rent space on the web where you can place your files for the world to view.

      4) You will then need to maintain your site. This entails fixing broken links, updating files, etc. If you are able to do this yourself, you're set. If you need help...see info below!

Website Maintenance

     Most Web designers charge anywhere from $100-700/month for maintaining a site. This involves ANY and ALL problems that arise with the files on the site...AND changes and updates of information, photo editing, etc. The fewer the changes, the lower the price.
